ReOpening on January 21st!

Dear Current and Future ICE Family,

We are excited to announce that group class and private training schedules will start up at our new location on Tuesday, January 21st! Our initial plan was to reopen this Saturday, the 18th, but our development progress was slowed down by all of the power outages.

We are in the process of building out the interior of the space to fit our specific usage. This process will continue, step by step, over the course of the next month or two. However, we welcome everyone into the building starting on the 21st, despite the facility being a work in progress. Here are a few key points to know:

  1. We welcome all ICE Members into the facility starting January 21st! But please, pardon our mess! The place will be a work in progress during January and February, although we will ensure it is more than adequate and SAFE to begin training on the 21st.
  2. For the remainder of January and for the month of February, we will begin by providing a 2/3 full weekly class schedule. This means we will have full class schedules (all classes at the regular times y’all were accustomed to) each week on Tuesdays and Saturdays, but not Thursdays yet.
  3. Our new address is just down the street at 3541 Old Conejo Rd. #105. We will provide more information regarding parking (which is much better than our previous location) and other things on our next update, prior to the 21st.
  4. All memberships need to be reactivated prior to students attending classes. Therefore, anyone who plans to start training on Tuesday the 21st, will need to activate membership by no later than Monday the 20th. Please continue reading for directions on how to do so.

Membership Billing – Please see below for payment protocol based on the membership tier you were previously on prior to our move:

  1. Premium Memberships: (3x per week access): Please meet us halfway! If you were previously on the Premium Membership, we will offer the remainder of January PLUS February for a single payment equivalent to whatever your previous monthly payment was. Weekly offerings for January and February are reduced to 2x per week instead of 3x, but to offset that, the remainder of January provides an additional three classes to make it close to even. This option is the easiest transition to make. If you are in this category, all we need is a confirmation from you to authorize payment. You can reply back to us via email, text or phone call. I know this is a bit confusing, so please contact me personally any time if you’d like at 310-614-9007.
  2. Once Weekly Memberships: If you were previously on a 1x per week membership and would like to continue with that, please let us know if you’d like to be on the Tuesday plan or the Saturday plan. We will then simply do a one-time payment that includes the pro-rated remainder of January plus February. If you are in this category, please reply back with confirmation to authorize payment.
  3. Neither of the Above: If your situation does not fit into either of the above categories or if you would like to make a change to your most recent membership plan, please contact me directly to discuss at 310-614-9007.
  4. March and Beyond: Regardless of which option you choose from above, you are NOT committed to that option beyond February. Then later in February we will provide you all with our new membership options going forward for March and beyond.
  5. NEWCOMERS: Reply back to hear about our New Year Specials we are offering starting on January 21st!

Current ICE Members, please confirm back with us as soon as possible, as we are trying to get all memberships organized THIS week so that we are ready for training action on Tuesday the 21st. Again, I know these options can be a bit confusing, so please don’t hesitate to text or call me any time!

*Special Note Regarding Private Training: In our new place, we are creating a flex option with the training space. This means that we will be able to use the area as either one large training space OR two separate spaces, at any time, depending on the schedule of the day. Therefore, we will sometimes have the ability to schedule private training during class times (without disrupting the class), depending on the day and time. So all private students will have more schedule options. Please inquire for more information.
